Pricing & What We Sell

KickSpot sells individual player spots in football matches. Each match has a fixed price per spot set by the organizer.

  • Price per spot is shown clearly before checkout.
  • Users can purchase one or more spots per match in a one-time payment flow.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • At purchase, payment is pre-authorized and captured only when the match is confirmed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If a match is cancelled by the organizer: full refund.
  • If the user cancels before 24 hours before match start: full refund.
  • If the user cancels after that window: no refund.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
