These Terms govern your use of KickSpot, operated by Leonardo Lopez Hernandez, sole proprietor, United States, state of Pennsylvania. For support, email support@kickspot.co. Governing law: United States, state of Pennsylvania.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
2. What the app provides
The app helps users discover football matches and purchase spots to play. Match prices are set by organizers and shown clearly before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe.
3. Payment flow
- User purchases a spot: payment is pre-authorized (not charged yet).
- Organizer confirms match: payment is captured (charged).
- If a match is cancelled or does not have enough players: pre-authorization is released and no charge is collected.
4. Refund & cancellation policy
- Match cancelled by organizer: full refund / no charge collected.
- User cancels 24 hours or more before match start: full refund.
- User cancels after that window: no refund.
- User no-show on a confirmed match: no refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after email request.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, charge abuse, or payment circumvention.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse refund policies.
- Harassment of users, organizers, or support staff.
- Reverse-engineering, tampering with, or attempting to exploit the app.
6. Account enforcement
We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid through the app in the last 90 days.
9. Stripe terms
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and related policies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
